Investment marketplace for young and digital audiences
I joined the Rico team to help redesign their Android and iOS app. We decided that by the context left by the old app (outdated technology, obsolete design and usability problems) we would initially focus on replacing the application for a more appealing, optimized and scalable system for the future of the platform. Like a foundation, where we would be prepared to bring in all the new features and services we wanted.
Within a few months of launch, Rico's new Android and iOS apps have had significant impacts inside and outside the XP Group. In addition to increasing the brand's NPS and its users' score in the Google Play and App Store stores, the project was instrumental in giving visibility and importance to the culture of digital product creation within the company itself.
Blending shapes and content, we created a design based on two macro pillars of experience: consulting the investments already acquired and buying new investments. From these, we defined a product architecture and modularization of components that helped to accelerate the development of the project and also to facilitate the learning curve of the user.
